Kongo was given up by his owners and brought to a municipal shelter. He is a gorgeous, sweet Neo boy who loves everyone.  Kongo cannot see right now because he has a very large "cherry eye" and Antropian eye lids.  His surgery is scheduled for July 16th.  Please help defray costs for us so we can get him the surgery he needs to see again.  Applilcations for his adoption are being accepted. He is expected to have great results from the surgery.

 


This pet is up to date with routine shots and has been altered.
