Phoebe is a real cutie pie.  She was at the town shelter covered in mats and filth.  She's feeling a bit naked now, but her little sweater comforts her.  She is a sweet little girl with so much gentle love to give.  Make it a happy New Year for Pheobe.  She won't let you down.  She deserves so much but asks so little.
