Mario is a puppy mill rescue. Please come in to meet him. What is a puppy mill? A puppy mill is a large-scale commercial dog breeding operation where profit is given priority over the well-being of the dogs. These dogs are then sold to pet stores. All of our puppy mill rescues will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption. If you are interested in adoption, please submit an application.
